The Legislation In Force database is a dynamic collection of over 1,000 current NSW Acts and 800 statutory instruments in HTML format. This material is produced from the database compiled and maintained by the PCO (Parliamentary Counsel's Office). It contains both up-to-date Acts (principal and amending) and principal statutory instruments. Any amendments are usually consolidated within a 5-day period of their commencement.
